RESUBMISSION SUCCESS FOR DEMOLITION AND REPLACEMENT DWELLING IN NEWPORT

GJP has secured planning permission for the demolition of an existing bungalow and the erection of a replacement dwelling and detached garage in Newport.

GJP’s services were sought by the client after an initial planning application was refused on four separate reasons. The LPA noted in their Committee Report that ‘the amended scheme over comes the reasons for refusing the previous application, particularly its impact upon the amenities of the neighbouring property.’
