Proposal: GJP are responsible for promoting the Land North of Garden Village Strategic Site throughout the City and County of Swansea LDP preparation process. GJP are co-ordinating the significant multi-disciplinary work being undertaken by a number of specialist sub-consultants to ensure that the comprehensive masterplanning of the site for circa 750 units and enhanced education and recreation infrastructure is suitably robust as the LDP progresses towards adoption.
