GJP have been involved with the promotion of an affordable housing led mixed use development comprising 38 affordable dwellings, 32 market dwelling and a new hotel in St Davids. The site received unanimous approval at the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Committee in June 2018. The scheme was found to be in keeping with the aims of the LDP, in that the development was considered to provide further housing and affordable housing for the local area and the hotel would bring economic benefits and promote tourism – whilst sustaining the local character of the National Park.
