Planning Permission granted for the change of use of the Former Quinn Radiators unit at Imperial Park to allow the subdivision of the building to create 5 new units and associated works.

GJP are delighted to announce that Full Planning Permission has been granted for the change of use of the Former Quinn Radiators unit at Imperial Park to allow the subdivision of the building to create 5 new units and associated works, on behalf of the client Mr F Biscarini. The proposed development comprises the change of use of the existing factory (predominantly B2 and B8 single use) to a mixture of 5 separate employment units consisting of a mix of an open B1 (Business), B2 (General Industrial) and B8 (Storage) uses. The application was approved unanimously at Newport City Council Members, and it was deemed that the proposal to bring a large vacant employment unit back into use will result in the creation of significant economic benefits in Newport. Huge credit goes to members of the team who helped achieved this approval including consultants involved at Rud Sawers Architects and Apex Transport Planning.
