GJP has secured outline planning permission for the residential development of a disused reservoir outside of Bridgend. The scheme brings forward the development of 14 two storey residential units,
including four affordable dwellings. The proposed development was considered acceptable in its location and would bring forward a ‘windfall’ site. The LPA considered that the proposed development would create ‘a high quality, attractive, sustainable place’.
