GJP have submitted an Appeal against the provisions of conditions imposed by Manchester City Council on an advertisement permission. The conditions set a ‘non-standard’ time period for display, and furthermore requires the removal of the advertisements and any supporting structures on expiry of the permission.

GJP have submitted an Appeal, via Informal Hearing, against The City of Cardiff Council’s failure to determine a planning application within the appropriate time period.
