Barn Conversion to Dwelling Appeal Success

GJP secured planning permission for the residential conversion of a barn in the Vale of Glamorgan countryside, which started its life as a corn mill in the early 19th Century. The case constructed by GJP focussed on the relative accessibility and sustainability of the site and the benefit of renovating and re-using a fine traditional stone building. Both factors were found to weigh in favour of the proposal by the Inspector at the appeal hearing.
