New Members of the Team

We are pleased to welcome two new members to our team here at GJP. Jessica Jones has joined as an Associate Planner who will be leading up one of the Teams. We also welcome Holly Martin who has joined us as a Graduate Planner having recently graduated from Cardiff University. 

Consent Approved

GJP have secured Reserved Matters consent at a site off Abbey Road, Ewenny. The scheme comprises five detached dwellings which were approved at Outline in April 2016. The Reserved Matters application granted approval for all matters which were reserved, namely access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale.

Dual Appeal Success

GJP have been successful in two appeal cases – winning a S.106 viability case to remove the requirement for a ‘claw-back’ clause on a scheme for residential apartments and commercial floorspace at Barry Island Pleasure Park, and a case to replace 100 touring caravan pitches with static units at Pencnwc Caravan Park, New Quay, Ceredigion.
