Dual Appeal Success

GJP have been successful in two appeal cases – winning a S.106 viability case to remove the requirement for a ‘claw-back’ clause on a scheme for residential apartments and commercial floorspace at Barry Island Pleasure Park, and a case to replace 100 touring caravan pitches with static units at Pencnwc Caravan Park, New Quay, Ceredigion.
